Who are you guys?Adam is main man, looking after the shop and all its awesome customers. Devan, meanwhile is our experienced bike mechanic. Occasionally you will also see Chappy around the show, causing all types of trouble for the blokes that are actually doing the work.

Service
Do you fix bikes?You bet! We are a full-service bike shop. We build bikes, provide full maintenance, service and fix the broken parts that keep you from enjoying the trails.
Can you fix ________?We can certainly take a look at it and provide the best advice we can offer. Some brands and equipment are very unique and sometimes require specific knowledge or tools to fix. With repairs to walking frames, wheel chairs and even minor repairs to golfers, we will have a crack at most jobs.
Can I book my bike in for _______?You certainly can. Usually we try to fit everyone but sometimes we become swamped. If you book in we will do our best to ensure that your bike takes priority for that period. Please be aware that until we actually look at the bike and determine what work or parts are required, we cannot 100% guarantee a time that it will be ready.
Do you fix Ebikes?Absolutely. Be aware if your issue is electrical in nature, parts for these bikes are generally an 'order-in' situation. Some ebike brands also have limited technical information available and may need to be taken to the original supplier for specialist repairs.
What about E-scooters?Again we can take a look at them. With some brands being limited with technical manuals and information it makes it hard to fault find the issues. We will do our best with whatever is put in front of us.

I'm riding the Mundabiddi, can you help me out?You bet. We are here to help you out with you gear, service of your bike, provide resupply, fresh clean water and a spot to drop you bike while you rest and revive around the town centre. We normally close at 5:00pm each day but if you ring ahead we will do everything in our power to assist you.
Do you guys have anything for walkers/trail runners?We sure do! Crank'n Cycles now support all our trail using brethren, with camping stoves, fuel cells, trail foods and minimalist camping equipment. Even if you just want to drop your pack for a bit while you check out the town, drop in and say 'Hi'.
